Something in these Hills…

Late August to early September is most people’s favorite time of year if they are a college student. It’s not only the start of school again, so you get to be back with your friends, but more importantly: the start of college football. Every school has their traditions and their own chants that amount to the energy that keeps packed stadiums alive. (more…)

moving-coverFirst of all, I would love to congratulate the winner of my 1 Year Giveaway! They have already been contacted. For the others that were not chosen from the jar, fret not. There will be other giveaways in the future!

This time of year tends to be extremely busy for everyone. Freshman are moving into dorms, people are moving into new apartments, houses, or even moving out of state! With all of the commotion and craziness that comes with moving, I thought I’d share a few tips for your move to hopefully make it a little simpler. I’ve included two pictures of my new apartment as a little sneak peek!  (more…)

My Little Blessing

screen-shot-2016-12-05-at-8-20-43-pmAnyone that knows me, even a little bit better than acquaintances, will know that animals are my life. I love everything about them, am in studies aspiring to become a veterinarian, and jump at any chance to spend time with a furry friend. More specifically, quotes and lyrics that have significant meaning, or even quotes that are just enough to keep me moving along and motivated.  (more…)

The Cold Never Bothered Me Anyway…

screen-shot-2016-12-05-at-8-43-06-pmI used a Disney reference for the title of this post, but in all honesty, I have never actually liked the cold. That is…until I got to experience the magic of snow!!! [Truly life changing experience when it comes to my adoration of winter.]  (more…)

A New Chapter

screen-shot-2016-12-05-at-8-44-40-pmMy first blog post.

My name is…

What to say for the very first blog post EVER is kind of nerve-wracking… It feels like it needs to be epic, or at least make an impression that everyone will remember forever. But, in fact, it doesn’t need to be like that. I’ve decided to just be myself and show y’all who I really am. I think that is the most (more…)
